By accessing or using YourVoiceHeard.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

YourVoiceHeard.com is a community lobbying platform that enables citizens to send AI-generated emails to government officials and leaders about policy issues. The Platform provides tools to create, personalise, review, and send lobbying emails.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to send threatening, harassing, or defamatory communications.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without our permission.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the Platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Emails are generated by AI and may require review before sending.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent in your name.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• Once sent, emails cannot be recalled.

6. Email Sending

• When you authorise the Platform to send emails on your behalf (via Google or Microsoft OAuth), emails are sent from your email address.
• You are solely responsible for emails sent through the Platform using your account.
• Campaign administrators may receive BCC copies of all emails sent through their campaigns.

7. Campaign Content

Campaign content is created by campaign administrators, not by YourVoiceHeard.com. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of campaign descriptions or the positions they advocate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and its code are the property of YourVoiceHeard.com. AI-generated email content created through the Platform may be freely used by the sender.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to any consequences of emails sent through the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or its users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
