YourVoiceHeard.com ("we", "us", "our") is a community lobbying platform that helps citizens communicate with government officials and leaders about issues that matter to them. We use AI to generate personalised emails on behalf of users.

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

• Account information: Your email address, name, and authentication method (Google, Microsoft, or email code).
• Profile information: Your address and "About Me" details that you voluntarily provide to personalise your lobbying emails.
• Campaign participation: When you participate in a campaign, we log the email subject, body, recipients, and send method.
• OAuth data: If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. If you grant send permission, we store OAuth tokens to send emails on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the platform.
• To generate personalised lobbying emails using AI, based on your profile and campaign details.
• To send emails on your behalf to campaign recipients (if you granted email send permission).
• To log campaign participation for record-keeping and to prevent duplicate sends.
• To BCC campaign administrators on emails sent through the platform.

4. AI-Generated Content

Emails are generated using AI (Anthropic's Claude). Your profile details and campaign-specific information are sent to the AI service to create personalised content. We do not use your data to train AI models. You have the opportunity to review and edit all AI-generated emails before they are sent.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Email recipients: When you send a campaign email, your name and email address are visible to the recipients.
• Campaign administrators: Administrators receive a BCC copy of emails sent through their campaigns.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), AI generation (Anthropic), and authentication (Google, Microsoft).

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure OAuth token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Access and update your profile information at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Revoke OAuth permissions through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
